- Click here to get started!
- After you read the Directions for Taking an Assessment, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click “Begin Taking Assessment”.
- When it asks for your “Response Link” type in 451956VPE then click “Start
- Read the Welcome page and then click the “Next” button.
- Click on the “Complete Now” next to the assessment you have been asked to complete.
- Complete your personal information and check the box that you have read and understand the agreement. Then click “Next”.
- Read the assessment instructions and click “Next” to begin taking the assessment.
- Answer the questions and click “Next” at the bottom of each screen.
- After you have completed the assessment make sure to click “Save.” This is VERY important or your answers will not be saved.
- Coach Katey will follow up with you shortly to review your assessment and guide you on how to implement the results!
