Turning 50 for many women creates a lot of changes! Many of us experience changes in family dynamics, romantic relationships, and career roles. I have created this retreat to create awareness as a new chapter in our lives unfolds.

What has always been familiar is now changing, often for the better! How we navigate these changes and create a vision for ourselves will be our “north star” for this exciting new chapter of life!
