Sometimes the best advice comes after getting some tough love. Coach Katey has the unique ability to lead from the heart and shake things up at the exact moment. When things aren’t working right with the results or your team, it’s great to get a new perspective.
Katey challenges and supports leaders to look at their teams differently to achieve the desired results. Her direct approach, using the tools from the Five Dysfunction of a Team by Patrick Lencioni, makes it easy to see the next natural step to improving your team and culture. Katey’s great gift is to be able to see the masterpiece trapped inside the marble.
If your business is feeling a little bit “stuck” in the marble, Katey is the right person for the job! Her energy, passion and directness will get things unstuck fast. As the author of Fortune Cookie Leadership, Katey shares life strategies she learned from her mother. These strategies are short “fortune cookie” phrases to support salespeople and leaders in choosing a single focus for the week.
